WHY IT MATTERS
The right film does more than you think.
Most people come to us for privacy or heat reduction. What they get is a space that feels completely different: cooler in summer, warmer in winter, free of glare, protected from UV, and finally comfortable to be in without keeping the blinds closed.
Every film we install blocks 99% of UV radiation. Everything else, including heat rejection, glare reduction, privacy, and visible light transmission, depends on the product we specify for your glass, your orientation, and your goals. That is what the consultation is for.

See out. Block the view in. Keep the light.
Privacy film reduces outside visibility into your space while preserving your view and natural light from the inside. The effect works through differential light levels: when exterior light is brighter than interior light, the film performs at its best. At night, interior lighting can reduce the effect. We explain this clearly before any recommendation is made. Film is selected based on your privacy goals, glass type, and the specific lighting conditions of your space.
Film types
Reflective Privacy
High exterior reflectance creates a mirror-like surface from outside during daylight hours. Maximum daytime privacy with your full interior view preserved. LLumar RN07G lists 7% VLT, 57% exterior reflectance, 84% TSER, and 93% glare reduction. Best for street-facing condos, ground-floor units, and south or west-facing glass.
Neutral Dark
Darker tint with reduced exterior visibility but without a strong mirror effect on the exterior. Suitable where privacy is needed but a reflective appearance is not preferred. XPEL Dark Neutral 15 lists 12% VLT, 70% TSER, and 86% glare reduction.
